May 18th through May 22nd from 12pm - 1pm Eastern, with bonus sessions happening each day at 11am available to VIP members only.
Q: How does the movement work?
Each day of the 5-day movement we will have a general training session beginning at 12pm. VIP Pregame Sessions will happen before each general session and include special instructions and Q&A to help prepare you for our training together. Yes VIPs - you're getting two (2) full sessions with me each day. That way you can complete the tasks with my guidance and get quick answers as you work.
Q: How do I unlock VIP status?

Q: Are the classes live?
Yes, classes will be live every day. Although you'll see that the classes are being recorded during our live sessions, they will not be available for purchase afterwards. You will need to show up live or watch the recordings posted for a limited time inside our Facebook group (or Private VIP Members Area).
Q: Will I get direct feedback from Dr. Sonia?
Yes. If you have the VIP Pass you will have live Q&A' s daily where you can ask anything covered in the movement trainings. If you have General Admission you will have the ability to listen to a portion of the Q&A sessions, but you will not have the ability to ask questions directly.
Q: Do I need to know my course topic first?
Not at all! You don’t need to know what you want to teach to get started! I'll walk you through it all, from start to finish, step-by- step.
